Here's a list of things you could consider and compare between the two universities in terms of fees, the package you'd receive, infra, facilities, and other aspects. Also, make sure that you get in touch with the alumni of the college to know the life inside the campus and the opportunities you could get once you start your management education in the respective colleges. Some of these private institutions don't offer what they promise and the reality could hit you hard later on, so better invest time in working hard and scoring well in next year CAT exam and get into a better B-School which will offer what they promise.
