Honestly saying, the Global Institute of Management, Amritsar is good but not the best college for pursuing MBA. Talking about its placement, the placements are just average. The highest package ever offered to a candidate is 10 Lakhs per annum by the Valeur HR Company. The average annual package offered is 2 - 3 lakhs per annum.

If you want to pursue MBA, then I will suggest you to try for the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) for that you need to get a valid score in CAT.

CAT score is compulsory if you want to pursue your MBA from one of the most renowned colleges in India. The best colleges are the IIMs which are under Government of India and if you want to take admission in Private Institutes then, XLRI Xavier School of Management ( Jamshedpur ), Management Development Institute ( Gurgaon ), SPJIMR ( Mumbai ), International Management Institute (Delhi) are some top private Institutes offering MBA Courses.
