Yes it is good to apply both JEE Mains paper 2 and NATA.

Because there are many good colleges that take admission through either of the two marks.

So in case you got less in one, you can depend on the mark of the other test.

If you have a good score in paper 2 than you can apply for any of the NITs or SPAs too.

Good score in NATA will lead you to top private colleges in India.
