Admission for BEd is based on graduation as well as post-graduation, for candidates who don't meet the required aggregate at ug level can consider going for master's degree ahead, and compensate when it comes to BEd admission, so you can seek admission on any of your ug or pg degree, another important thing to consider is with pg degree and BEd you become eligible for PGT to be able to taught higher classes,
generally speaking the admission process is done by entrance test such as BHU, Delhi University, JMI, there is CEE conducted by NCERT for admission into RIEs which are premier educational institute, in other cases admission is also based on the merit of the qualifying examination,
