Hello Siddheshwar,
Please note that the educational institutions are exempted from GST. Therefore, fee structure of any college does not have GST in it. The total fee for first year for b.tech course at VIT, vellore is INR 176000/- for Group A streams and INR 198000/- for Group B streams.
