There are no private veterinary colleges in Karnataka. Obviously, Hebbal Veterinary college is a government college affiliated to the Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, Bidar. It's the first Veterinary college in Karnataka followed by Bidar, Shimoga, Hassan and Gadag. Two more colleges yet to commence are Veterinary College Athani and Puttur.
