No it's not compulsory for any course . It's totally upon you that you want to stay in hostel or to take PG.
But I personally recommend you to stay in hostel and feel the campus environment and its greenery.Hostels are in good condition and Rabia mosque is there in the campus. Its very pleasurable to go for morning and evening walk with friends and parks are there for exercise lovers. Gym facility is there for fitness freaks within a very reasonable price and canteens, fruit stalls, hospital, ATM facility is also be there.
Apart from this you will find lots of PG’s in that area specifically in Govindpuri, saket, sangam vihar area.
