See all the colleges you have mentioned are well recognized colleges. But as you know fame is always not proportional to the quality. For this case also you have to choose the college which offers you best quality education as well as best scopes to excel in your future.
Now if you consider me to range them then I would say you should go for CBIT Hyderabad. CBIT has very good infrastructure which isn't unique among the three but the labs and libraries are better in CBIT. Also the faculties are active in research which is a great indication for any student interested in science and technology. The college offers good placement and the curriculum are well designed. According to me the sequence of preference can be:
- CBIT HYDERABAD
- LPU
- SREENIDHI
