I would recommend you to try getting admission from the colleges in the state from which you have completed your 12th class because you might get the cut easily in home quota seats. But still if due to some reasons you can't do so then don't worry as you come under the SC category you can get into most of the best colleges in any state as long as you clear their entrance exam cutoff for SC category or you have good score in JEE Mains.
