Private colleges have their own eligibility criteria. Some even have their own entrance exams. Since, you haven't mentioned any particular college, exact information can't be provided. However, there are some colleges in Mumbai that take admissions on the basis of JEE Mains rank. But to get more details regarding caste reservation benefits, you must visit the official site of each college.
