Is i am eligible for EWS in neet Ug if my father income is less than 8 lakh but my brother age is more than 18 years and he earns more than 8 lakh.

hey there,

Eligibilty for the EWS category in NEET-UG

  1. Those candidates whose family income is less than Rs.8 lakh per annum
  2. The family must not own more than 5 acres of agricultural land.
  3. The residential flat area should be less than 1000 sq. ft
  4. The residential plot area should be less than 100 square yards .

and the term “Family” means  the person who seeks the benefit of reservation, his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18 years So, As your brother is above 18 you can make your ews certificate  on the basis of your father income.
