You need to follow a strict schedule and a proper time table for coming months and keep away from social media apps and any kind of distraction. There are some key points you should follow in coming days :

• Always talk to your teachers and guide and parents.
• Your teacher must be good and cooperative.
• You should have a good collection of books and materials.

• Be steady and do not skip study and keep regular with your schedule ( no Sunday daily schedule only).
• Keep parties , entertainment things at a distance.

Definitely you can prepare for jee mains in one year if you slightly knowledge of 11, 12 syllabus.

All you need to do is a proper schedule studies everyday of almost 8-9 hrs a day without taking a day off and try to study every topic from the basics

And try to solve previous year papers and some sample papers as well for getting a good rank.
