Is I can use scale and such instruments in jee main paper 2 exam hall?

Although the exam has been conducted already, just for information I would like to tell you the answer to your query for future reference. Nothing except Admit Card and ID is allowed inside the JEE Main exam hall, including calculator, scale or any other such instrument.
