Is IAS can be do by taking science also instead of Humanities?

The answer is yes. In fact, many IAS have a science background. As far as eligibility is concerned there is just one requirement of Graduation from any recognized university in any stream. When we talk about prelims is not a big deal in your science or humanities background. Now coming to the Mains there are a lot of choices for optional from science and engineering like Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering. The one advantage Humanities students have is in the essay and language paper.
But remember hard work and commitments always wins.

So can u tell me which subject should I choose in graduation.... But I totally interested in CS ... should I chose that ..... It will helpful in it or not...plz give me Ur suggestions?

If you are intereted in CS then you should choose it. Just for one paper you should not ignore your interest ,because you have lot of other choices in optional which you may find interesting at later stages, So I personally fell that choose CS.

Choose CS. Because You will enjoy it. After your graduation, you will have more choices. There will be many jobs for you. At this point, you may not think of money as a key factor in life but in future, you may think.

But after graduation form CS can I apply for civil ...is it correct .... I mean is is helpful or not

Just take admission in CS it is the best choice you have right now don't bother about future plans you will then get to know what to do next. Don't think that degree is compulsory to study about your interest you can study without having a degree so don't worry much about Degrees just take CS.
