Hello,
The only eligibility for IAS is to have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Even, final year students are eligible to apply.There's no minimum aggregate required for this.
So, candidates from any background whether it's arts, commerce, science , management etc can apply for UPSC Civil Service.
