Hello student,
IIIT Bhagalpur is one of the worst IIIT exist. As this IIIT doesn't have proper infrastructure. As you know that IIIT Bhagalpur is situated in flooded area due to which many time classes remain closed.
On the other hand IIIT Agartala is also a new IIIT and the condition of this NIT Agartala is far better than IIT. So, I will advice you not to go there whereas you can join some good private college instead of these IIIT.
