yes, IIIT HYDRABAD is a Deemed University which was established 1998. it is autonomous and the first IIIT of India. It is affiliated with UGC, NAAC, AICTE. It offers undergraduate, post-graduate , PhD programmes as well as part time programmes. To know more, visit here:
