The placement team of IILM is very helpful and helps students get placed in various companies and helped me to get placed in Amazon. Various student clubs help developed into various areas of interest and develops both technical and soft skills. Career Development Programs and Personality development programs are conducted to groom & guide students for interviews and placements. There are 100% placements in IILM. The highest package last year was 24 LPA, the average package was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 4.5 LPA. The top companies that come to IILM are DLF, Amazon, Trident, Deloitte, KPMG, Gartner etc. About 75% of students get very good internships.

IILM Greater Noida gives 100% placement assistance to students.It has a fully devoted placement team called CDC i.e Career Development Cell for placement and summer internship program as well. IILM has more than 300 corporate tie-ups. Deloitte,E&Y, Colgate, Asian Paints,ITC,Marico,Cafe coffee Day, Nestle, Amazon,Aditya Birla, BlackRock, Oberoi are its regular recruiter.Average package of IILM lies between 6.5-7.5 Lac per annum.It also provide various training session like mock GD &PI, Personal Grooming to it's students.For each student college assign mentor from whom they can take one to one counseling regarding personal and professional growth.College also invite industry people and alumni to deliver placement talks. A college is a platform where student gets opportunities to develop themselves and grabbing that opportunity is up to the students.IILM has justified itself in this context.

The IILM Graduate School of Management is a private affiliated college in Greater Noida. The college is accredited with grade A by the NAAC. The institute offers post graduate courses in management ( PGDM & FPM ).
Discussing about the placements, then various well renowned companies visit its campus for recruitment. The companies are Aditya Birla Capital, Asian Paints, ICICI Securities, WNS, Ernst & Young, Nestle, ITC, Deloitte, India Bulls, HDFC Bank, Unicon, Mastech, Videocon, Citi Bank, Nestle, Vishal, CCD, Bajaj Capital, Indusland Bank, The Times Group and many more. The average package offered to students is INR 5 lakhs per annum.
