First one is that at 41 you are already doing well in your career and want to learn and second one is that you want to reset your career path. According to me in both of the cases doing PGPX at IIM-A is totally worth it. Because in both the scenario it is beneficial for you. The program will give you the learning as well as ample of opportunities but must need to be very flexible for attending your classes and all sort of activities.

In long run it will definitely help you. You can also consider executive MBA from foreign universities. They are also very good in terms of opportunity. You should not see this from ROI point of view. Consider it as your personal growth and from learning perspective. Definitely it will give you many opportunities in future.
