Both college is best in terms of placement ,exposure and good infrastructure but you want to work indian space research organisation (isro) then without any you for iiest because you will get direct opportunity to work isro through these college

Comparing IIST with IIT is quite wrong . You must know both colleges are great but every engineering college in India ranks lower as compare to IIT .But IISt is also a best college for degree.
