Is iist is not participating in wbjee then why it is showing in wbjee colleges

IIST is the college which comes under JEE mains and not under WBJEE.

IIST B.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2018: The eligibility criteria of IIST B.Tech 2018 states the requirements defined by IIST, Thiruvananthapuram for admission to Bachelor of Technology programme. IIST eligibility criteria 2018 comprises details related to citizenship, academic qualification and qualifying marks that candidates must fulfill to avail admission into undergraduate engineering programmes. As per IIST B.Tech eligibility criteria, candidates who have passed Class 12 or any other equivalent examination with at least 75% aggregate (65% for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD category) are eligible to apply for IIST B.Tech admission 2018. Selection of candidates for admission into B.Tech programme will be done through the rank list of JEE Advanced 2018. Only those candidates who will fulfill the requirements of IIST eligibility criteria will be considered for admission.

Hi Shubham, IIST is the govern based institution that takes admission based on the JEE Advance ranking and it is established in West Bengal that is why it showing in Wbjee colleges.
