Is IIT ROORKEE better than SPA Delhi for B. Arch looking at better placement and college life prospective?

Dear Aspirant,
Though SPA Delhi provides a good environment for B.Arch but from placement's point of view, there are rarely any placements in SPA Delhi as compared to IIT ROORKEE. IIT tag itself plays a major role, for placements. Here you can even get placements with very high packages.
