Is improvement marksheet of CBSE class 12th is accepted by AIIMS for admissions as I failed to score 60% last year?

yes the improvement certificate is applicable in aiims form also through this certificate you can appear in any examination which require this certificate. so you do not need to think about it. if you will score good in exam than aiims will give admission.
