As you are citizen of bihar then you must aware about the fact how much famous PMCH is in bihar. So as it is one the famous government hospitals in bihar so patients from all over bihar comes for treatment in that hospital. Also many refferal cases from neighbouring districts are sent to this hospital first so yes it increases the patient reach of the hospital and yeah if any college have high patients reachs then there you got more practice and opportunities to learn. If we now talk about the IGIMS then it have also good patients reach and as it have some charge in some sector which decrease their patients reach but regardless this college have more than enough patients on which you can practice and can have knowledge of the subject. Facilities and academic are better of IGIMS as compared to PMCH. You can also visit both colleges and hospital as it is in same city patna and you can decide by yourself by judging the condition and environment of both colleges.
