Is income certificate necessary for physical reporting at upsee?? what if i don't have one ??

If you have submitted for a fee waived scheme then it's important for you to show up at the counselling or your alloted college with an income certificate of your father. If you don't have one, you should get it made by the company your father works in. I hope this information was helpful!
