So you have to choose based on your interest. There are no demerits except that BTech is a course of 4 years where as Integrated MSc is a 5 year course. But investment of 1 year is really significant to the outcome. Thus you can go for any of the course and you have nothing to worry about because both the courses have ample amount of job opportunities.
