Dear candidate, if you think you can get into a better college in future or you deserve something better, then do not take integrated course in VIT. Instead after studying Btech from VIT, do Mtech from any IIT, NIT or better college. Students get good opportunities in VIT in both integrated course and BTech course. However, students tell more companies are for non-integrated BTech course. Integrated course will be hectic one, but if you can grab opportunity then in integrated course also you can good placement. At last, it all depends on student.
Hope, it helps!
see if you do BTech and MTech separately then you will need 6 years of time. But in Integrated courses its very good that you save 1 year of time and also you didn't have to apply for any entrance for MTech. So if you are sure about specialization and you want to speacialize then go for Integrated course. But if you want to do job then I would say BTech will be great because most of the companies don't take MTech due to there specialization factor. Thus they offer MTech relatively lower salary than BTech. But if you think that MTEch is your goal and you want to do research or want to go in Laboratories like ISRO, BARC etc or want to go for PhD or want to pursue career in academics then I would say Integrated MTech will be a great option.
So take decisions wisely and based on your goals and targets.
