is internship is compulsory required after bsc food technology or btech food technology??? without this can't I get a direct job or placements in companies???
See if you are going for BSc Food technology then just after your BSc its quite hard to get a job and if you have internship that way then you get some advantages. Now for BTech Food Technology many freshers are also recruited so its not mandatory but if you see the industrial needs then if you have an internship experience then you get a better chance over many other candidates. So if you can try to do an internship in your 3rd or 4th year in order to have a better chance of getting a job.

Internship is not the required condition for getting a job or direct placement . Most companies see your overall percentage or gpa and also your extracurricular activities which you do in your college , so if you have a good GPA then you have more chances to get a direct placement .
But doing a internship in your college time is beneficial as it will enhance your resume and also the person giving you job will get an idea that you have an experience of working environment so if you get an opportunity then go for it .
Hope it helps...
