Yes, IPE is given importance in calculating TS EAMCET rank of a student. 75% of the three subjects of TS EAMCET is taken. On the other hand, 25% of the core subjects are considered for calculating the rank in TS EAMCET. Combining these two score, TS EAMCET rank is calculated. For PCM students, 25% Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are taken while for BiPC (PCB) students Biology, Physics and Chemistry marks are considered. So it is important to score good in TS EAMCET as well as in class 12th exam for getting a better rank in TS EAMCET. And this process of calculating rank by 25% nd 75% will be same in 2020 also.
