Akash, whenever you plan on joining  any College, you should check its Affiliation, Infrastructure, Faculty, Alumni and Placements. Now not every College will have placement opportunities. But you need to check the best among these for placement opportunities. As long as these conditions are met, even if it is a Private College, it is still a good option to go ahead with.
