ISM DHANBAD is basically established for mining .They offer very good placement for mining  and other branches are very recently started here so this is not a very good idea to pursue M.Tech in CSE but if you do so then getting campus placement would be a tough task for you. I would also suggest you to try for Mumbai or Hyderabad reputed colleges if you are planning for coming year admission.
