It all depends upon your capabilities .If you are confident enough to take two subjects than go for it .However iit jam is one most the most competitive exams in india and requires lot of hard work to crack so taking two subjects might be risky .You should give your whole time in one subject and do your best in it . If you still believes you can do it ..Then go for it
