Hello,

You can  study BSc Agriculture. In your final year, you can start preparing for UPSC exam. Self-studying may not be effective as you won't get competitive environment and there will be no one to rectify you if you follow wrong process.

so take a physical coaching course for UPSC preparation. Meanwhile, do your semester work in class and focus more on class and make out notes and read it every day.

Make a time table and divide your time fairly as per your perspective. All you hav to do is stay honest and follow it. You can do it.

Hope it helps!
