NATA 2017 was an offline (Pen and paper based) examination.

Time allotted to take NATA 2017 was 3 hours. First 90 minutes was allotted to attempt Mathematics & General Aptitude Test, while the last 90 minutes was given for taking Drawing section.

The Drawing section had 2 questions.

Mathematics & General Aptitude Test had 20 questions and 40 questions respectively. Each correct answer will fetch 2 marks.

For Drawing section, there were 2 questions wherein 40 marks were allotted to each.

The entrance test - NATA 2017 does not have negative marking.
