Eamcet, if your dad don't have a government job and have a salary less than 2 lakh per annum.Also, you have a domicile that belongs to Andhra Pradesh.So, if your dad is a private employee(having yearly income less than 2 lakh) ,then can get a free seat if your rank is below 10000.
