Hello Priyanka,

The application form of NEET 2018 is available now from February 8, 2018. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct NEET 2018 on May 6, 2018 in offline mode. NEET is conducted annually to provide admissions to MBBS and BDS courses in medical and dental institutions across the country. It is advised that candidates check NEET eligibility before filling the application. The upper age limit rule has been reintroduced this year while the cap on number of attempts has been removed. The admit card will tentatively be available from second week of April 2018. Candidates can know more about NEET 2018 including the exam date, eligibility, application, pattern, admit card, result and counselling.

Only those candidates who qualify NEET 2018 by scoring minimum required cutoff will be eligible to participate in the MBBS/BDS admission counselling process. To qualify NEET UG 2018, candidates from general category will be required to score equal to or more than the 50th percentile and those belonging to reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST) will be required to get at least 40th percentile. The counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats and seats in all Deemed and Central Universities will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). For admissions to 85% State Quota seats, the respective states will conduct their own counselling. Last year,NEETreceived 11,38,890 registrations for admissions to approximately 90,000 MBBS and BDS seats on offer.

NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate) is a single window entrance exam for both MBBS & BDS seats.

Vivek Mishra 27th Feb, 2018
The admission to mbbs/bds course, both will be done  strictly on the basis of marks and rank of neet ug. However there will be separate exam for aiims and jipmer mbbs seats.
None 27th Feb, 2018

There are only 3 entrances through which candidates can get admission in MBBS program are NEET UG, AIIMS MBBS, JIPMER so if you wish to get seat in college except AIIMS and JIPMER campuses then the seats are filled on the basis of NEET only.

Good Luck!!!
