is it advisable to go for BA programme in Stephens if you dont get honours or one should go for honours in a different college

Actually it is completely depend upon your area of interest. But in general sense Saint Stephen's college is a good private institute which provides about 6 bachelor of arts and in total 38 courses. It is a college under University of Delhi. BA department is obviously good with good faculties. But if you want to take admission in any other department you also can do.
