is it better to apply nit surtkal&nit warangal ME in special counseling. already I Joined in Nit rourkela ME. my mains rank 11801,gen.

If you have already joined the college i.e you have freeze your option you can not participate in special round.



All the three NITs are outstanding and offer good placements but if you have a chance you should opt for NIT Warangal as it comes in top NITs.



Based on your rank you have chances to get NIT Warangal.
