Hello,
Although this thing totally depends upon you do you like the new course or you are just attracted because its something new . Well, if you like it and have interest for it you should apply and pursue it but if you are just attracted because its something I won't advice it as you would have to go with it in the whole future after which it would be difficult to change the side.
