The colleges you have listed are very good for cse doing cse from any othem will fetch you a good job if you perform decent in college.

But I think IIIT GWALIOR is the best for CSE from the given options. The reason being every IIIT Gwalior is specialised college for CSE and it offers great packages with average for cse being 10 lacs.

So for CSE IIIT GWALIOR AND JABALPUR is better than listed NITS like SILCHAR AND AGARTALA .

But if you are getting top NITS like trichy ,warangal, Allahabad you should take cse there.
