After B pharamcy you can choose to do Pharma D. Reasons can be, It will make you reach to the doctorate level.
After pharma D you can choose your career in:

Clinic Pharmacy Practice

Government Agencies

Health Care

Hospital Pharmcy

Pharmacoeconomics

and other specialized areas.

Also after B.pharmacy and some Job experience one can apply for Drug Inspector and Pharmacist government Jobs exams. B.pharm graduates are also eligible for SSC, UPSC, State PSC and bank jobs etc like other graduates.

So I will suggest you to stay in your field if interested and grow the best possible you can in the same.
