Dear student,

If you are confused that which degree to take either single degree or dual degree in chemical engineering, then I would suggest : without a second thought go for dual degree in chemical engineering.

And it will be best for you if you complete your both degrees in just a span of 5 years otherwise if you want to do Mtech separately then you have to first complete your BTech and after that give the GATE exam secure a good rank and opt for MTech in other good colleges.
And by doing MTech separately, you will waste your 1 year so if you are getting dual degree in chemical engineering then take it without a second thought.

Also you will get a stipend of rupees 20000 in your last year and after 5 years you will have both the degrees in your hand and by this the job opportunities will be very much increased.

So it's better to take dual degree in chemical engineering and it's worth the shot because you will get a good job and handsome pay and you can also opt for MBA after doing dual degree by saving one year.
