As you've mentioned that you've scored 93.95 percentile in JEE main examination and assuming you're a general candidate your rank would be around 52,600 according to formula
Rank=(100-percentile)*8690.10
At this you're eligible for amrita University but might not get CS branch in it.
If you're specific about getting admission in amrita University only then you must give AEEE and if you've generalized selection for college it's better to give JEE main April examination and score good score
