Hello!
It is not compulsory that rank will be same but you can get an idea from previous year.Around 500 rank can up down in each year ranks so it give an idea only.
It is not necessary that the branch for which special round is conducted previously,will also conduct this year.It totaly depends upon seats left.

Hello kartik,
As you should know that the cutoff for jee each round vary year to year. As the cutoff for jee depends on various factors like:
- No. Of students appeared
- Level of exam. I.e easy, intermediate or hard.
- Overall score of students to put some cutoffs.
So, it is not mandatory that the cutoff will repeat itself this year.
