You have not clearly mentioned about the course and the particular counselling for the stream or the examination. But in General, as for most of the universities or colleges it is important that you need to attend for the counselling process in physical.

If there is any option, you can write a mail to them for granting an exemption to take the counselling online. The online counselling is the thing which is followed by most of the universities.

For document verification and for the classes that begin after a few days of verification, we must physically report to the colleges. While some institutes have put the dates on display on their websites, others have not yet done so. If an institute does not have the dates posted on their website, you can send them an email since they are responding to any correspondence.
