Is it compulsory to do masters from best university ?

It is advisable to consider better university for masters then graduation because this is the highest qualification, so if you have done graduation from some best known university then doing masters from some random university is not a wise choice. Doing masters is not a compulsory as it is considered as higher education and if you are interested in it then only you should go for it, With graduation too there are many job opportunities only jobs which are exclusively focused on Research and development are difficult to get. The decision should be based on your interest in higher studies.
