There are various law colleges in pune for some yes, maharashtra law cet is compulsory. While there are some law colleges also which does not take admission on the basis of Maharashtra law cet.
For example -
Symbiosis law institute pune takes admission through slat exam.
In Bharati Vidyapeeth, a Deemed to be University admission are taken on the basis of bvp - cet.
InDr Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune takes admission through clat exam, LSAT india and mah law cet .
So it depend on the college in which you want to take admission that it takes admission through which entrance test.

- MAH AAC CET
- LSAT India
- AILET
- CLAT PG

NO it is not necessary to give Maharashtra CET law to get into law colleges of Pune.
Some private college in Pune conducts their own entrance exam to admit students in various Law programs. But most of the famous law colleges give admission on the basis of Maharashtra CET law exam only.
