Yes it is necessary as there is physical verification and checking.The aadhar card and admit card are linked so no one other than the candidate can go at his/her place.The candidate itself has to go for exam.

No its compulsary to be present physically at centre during reporting until and unlss you are having any prior permissions from the authorities.

Generally it is required for the student to attend the counselling. If for any reason he is not able to attend, any guardian/parent have to carry a declaration stating that he is allowed to attend counselling in place of the candidate.
