Is it compulsory to have done maths courses in 4 sems to be eligible get Msc mathematics in an IIT through IIT Jam? Are there any IITs without this eligibility criteria? I have done 4courses(2 half sem courses) in 3 sems. Am I be eligible?

To get into IIT for masters degree, you have to appear for IIT jam examination. Now according to the eligibility criteria set up by the IIT jam examination board, Mathematics for at least two years/four semesters is required to be able to get into any IIT for doing M.sc in mathematics. So i i  sorry but no IIT can take you. Try for other government college
