Is it compulsory to have maths as a main subject in class 12 to do B.Sc. Physics Hons. In Jadavpur University?

Dear Karmakar, to be eligible for B.Sc in Physics in Jadavpur University, you should have completed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For Candidates from SC/ST/PD/Sports, it is 58.5% and for Candidates from OBC-A/OBC-B, it us 48%. Eitherways, Mathematics is a compulsory subject to study B.Sc Physics.

Okk... but maths is my elective subject... will I be eligible to do my physics hons in Jadavpur University?
